1. Amendments to Bookings

• You may amend your booking up to 14 days before the Wrap Around Care term start date, free of charge and subject to availability.

• Any changes requested within 14 days of the term start date are subject to availability and will incur a £10 amendment fee, payable at the time of request.

• We are unable to amend bookings with 5 days or less notice.


2. Refunds, Credits & Missed Sessions

We are unable to issue refunds for Wrap Around Care bookings.

• If your child misses a session due to illness or injury, we can issue a credit of the same value, to be used towards a future Superstar Campz holiday camp.
• To receive this credit, a doctor’s letter or medical note must be provided.
• Credits cannot be transferred to Wrap Around Care sessions and cannot be redeemed for cash.


3. Childcare Voucher Payments

• If you pay using childcare vouchers and request a change within the permitted time window, the amount will be held as credit and can be applied to your next booking with us.
• Childcare voucher credit cannot be refunded back to the original provider and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Sibling Discount

• We offer a 10% sibling discount on the 2nd child and any subsequent children (holiday Campz only and not applicable to wrap around care)
• This is automatically applied at checkout.
• This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

5. Booking Confirmation & Payments

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of completing your place.
• Bookings that remain unpaid after 2 working days will be automatically cancelled and released.


6. Child Details & Emergency Contacts

• Parents/guardians must ensure all child information, medical details and emergency contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of booking.
• Any changes must be updated as soon as possible to ensure your child’s safety and wellbeing.

7. Behaviour Policy

• We reserve the right to remove a child from the programme if their behaviour places themselves or others at risk, or repeatedly disrupts the group.
• No refund or credit will be issued in these circumstances.

8. Collection Policy

• Children must be collected promptly by 6:00pm.
• Late collection may result in a late fee to cover staffing costs.
